Children must be over 102cm/40” and 13 years of age or under. Adult tickets include admission only.
Souvenir Photos
Make this birthday unforgettable for your guests and send them home with a souvenir photo. One printed souvenir photo will be included for the birthday child. Additional photos can be purchased during your visit.

To secure the booking, we require full payment in advance. Your number of guests can be adjusted up to 72 hours prior to the event date at which point any outstanding balance will be collected and the booking is non-refundable.
Two weeks’ notice is required for all birthday packages.
Groups are booked beginning at the top of the hour or at half past the hour. To best meet your desired experience time, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check in, collect tickets and store any large bags.
Birthday party packages are available for groups of 6+ or more children up to 13 years old.

Our Responsible Adult Guidelines require that one adult supervises a maximum of six children.
If you miss your reserved experience time, you will be required to rebook a new time, based on availability.
